TRAJECIENT TERMS OF SERVICE (TL;DR Summary)

This is the readable summary of the full Terms of Service. It is not itself the agreement, which can be read in full here.

The Terms of Service relates to when there is an ongoing interaction between you and Trajecient for the duration of access, as with services and other platforms. This is separate to the EULA that relates to a a one-off exchange of obligations for permanent access to content for the duration of the agreement. The Privacy Policy also applies.

TL;DR: Don't use this site for generative AI stuff without a direct communication of permission from Trajecient, separate from any agreement entered into in part or in whole for any other purpose. Do not submit altered versions of content from here for generative AI stuff. Don't pretend you are Trajecient.

If Trajecient stuffs up, you are free to pursue legal action, including by class actions and the like, but don't come after Trajecient if what happened was really because of some other entity or event. Don't blame Trajecient if you did something stupid with stupid results. Don't blame Trajecient if Trajecient couldn't really be reasonably expected to have done more to prevent what happened. If you do have cause to come after Trajecient, ask for a reasonable remedy, not something excessively unreasonable.

The jurisdiction for such legal action should be based on what is reasonable given applicable national or international law and the capacity for both you and Trajecient to be fairly heard and have an equitable chance of defending respective claims in court.

In the event that a court does not uphold a provision of the Trajecient Terms of Service, the rest of the Terms of Service will continue to apply.

The Trajecient Terms of Service is not a guarantee of perpetual service provision and services may be interrupted or discontinued as a direct consequence of factors outside of Trajecient's control, or by Trajecient's own decision. Trajecient will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible, but can make no promises as to how much notice is given.

(In future fan creations will be addressed but that part has not written yet. In terms of fan creations, Trajecient is highly permissive of fan creations, including those of a commercial nature, but projects of a more commercial nature will be subject to a few conditions to avoid Trajecient releases and any fan creations being affected by 'bad timing,' and the like.)
